Kelley Tate

Kelley is a partner at Green Fairways Wealth Management and has been a financial advisor since 2014. She currently serves as director of operations, where she is responsible for the overall management and administration of the practice. In this role, Kelley leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the practice’s mission of fostering meaningful client relationships and providing comprehensive guidance throughout each client’s financial journey. She established Green Fairways’ First-Class Client Experience, a set of service principles and values that guide the team in striving to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every client.

A fourth-generation native Floridian, Kelley was raised in Sarasota and attended Manatee Community College (now State College of Florida) and Florida State University. She has been actively involved in several charitable organizations and has mentored young women through Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Suncoast. Kelley values the opportunity to work alongside her husband and both of her sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren. Kelley shares her office with her black lab, Gladys, the practice’s unofficial “Director of Compassion” who adds a calm and friendly presence to the team.
